All blouses and tops have shoulder pads which are important to define the shoulder and create the appearance of beautiful posture. The pads are removable if desired and should always be removed for washing. These garments can be worn tucked in or left out because they have a finished hem with fashionable side-seam slits for a finished look. All closures are Velcro®, so that there are no tiny buttons that are difficult to manipulate.
